Dining out in the centre of Venlo

A night out in Venlo often starts with a drink at our bar. At the table, begin with beef carpaccio, tomato tartare or half a dozen oysters. Then choose fish, meat or a vegetarian dish, and if you still have room, finish with dessert or a cheese board.

Classics from day one

Think satay and ribs, the beef tenderloin tournedos with pepper or béarnaise sauce, the Basiliek vleesplank (our meat board) or the whole pan-fried lobster provençale. All mains come with fries and mayonnaise.

Vegetarian and dessert

Vegetarians can go for the stuffed portobello with goat’s cheese and pearl barley. Finish with the Dame blanche Basiliek (vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate sauce), a peanut butter parfait or a cheese board from Tebben.
